• Payment can be made in Euros or Sterling

• A 25% non refundable deposit is payable when the booking is made. We would advise you to take travel insurance which will allow you to recover this sum in the event of cancellation
• The balance due is payable 8 weeks before arrival
• A security deposit of €250 (or £200 depending on preferred currency) is taken prior to arrival to cover any damage to the property or contents. Following any adjustments for damage this payment will be return to you within 2 weeks of departure
